How long does shipping take for online orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Are your beauty products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. European Wax Center does not test its skincare or body care products on animals.

Can I use my EWC gift card for online product purchases?

Currently, EWC gift cards can be redeemed for services and products at any of our physical center locations, but they cannot be used for online web store purchases.
